CM&D Pharma Limited, the European niche specialty company, today announced the appointment of Dr Giorgio Pisani, President and CEO, IBSA Farmaceutici Italia (www.ibsa.ch) to its Advisory Board. His strategic and operational experience will complement the other Advisory Board members perfectly.’ Dr Pisani is President and CEO of IBSA Farmaceutici Italia, Gelfipharma International and Altergon Italia; three start up companies belonging to IBSA Group, a privately-held global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland. Giorgio’s responsibilities cover a wide range of pharmaceutical activities, such as the marketing of dermatological and respiratory products, the production of vials, cream spray gel and soft gel, and manufacturing transdermal patches. He has a strong international track record of success in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Dr Pisani was President of Dompé International, the arm of the Dompé Group responsible for international financial, business development and legal activities, based in Monte Carlo.
