23 February 2009: Richard Meek Appointed Group Finance Director of CM&D Pharma Limited Chertsey, 23rd February 2009. CM&D Pharma Limited (CM&D), the European niche specialty company, today announced the appointment of Richard Meek FCA as Group Finance Director. Richard Meek is a chartered accountant who qualified with Coopers & Lybrand, now PwC (www.pwc.co.uk). He has extensive International experience with European and US Corporations across a number of industry sectors, including business services, media and telecommunications, from large multi-nationals to entrepreneurial private equity backed early stage businesses. This experience covers a number of varied M&A projects and driving strategic development in growing businesses. He lived and worked in Italy for many years. Most recently he worked for a small Private Equity advisory firm specialising in working with SMEs. Amongst his other interests are adventure travelling and scuba diving.
