Dr Rampazzo is an organic chemist, who has expanded into a wide range of operational responsibilities over thirty years
in the pharmaceutical industry. In two spells at Zambon Chimica he rose to become Head of Quality Control. Later, Paolo joined Fidia Advanced Polymers, where, as Technical Director and Qualified Person, he drove over 30 Medical Devices through CE marking, several products through regulatory approval in the US, and achieved and maintained high ISO standards for the company. At Madaus Dr Rampazzo was Head of Development, and added manufacturing and new product development to his areas of expertise.
